Conduct
• Privilege - Membership in The Clan is a privilege, and our reputation in the gaming world is ever increasing. Clan members will not converse in public games or lobbies with racist, sexist, or any other degrading slurs.
• Authority - Respect Officer’s authority within The Clan. They are placed there for a reason and should be treated as such.
• Cheating - Our clan is 100% against any type of modding, glitching, boosting, or any form of cheating in any way. Think of it this way, when we're playing a game and one of our members decides to glitch or mod, then the other team is going to say "The Clan cheats" they’re not going to say "John Doe cheats". So whatever you do while in the clan is a reflection upon all of us. Any member caught cheating in any way will be removed from our rosters.
• Respect - All clan members must show other members respect while playing together on Xbox Live or visiting the website forums. Giving other members constructive criticism is welcomed, but should be done so in a respectful manner. Insulting other members directly will not be tolerated. If any member has a problem with another member then they should try and talk it out with that member or a clan officer. Just act like an adult.
• Sportsmanship - All members should show sportsmanship to the teams they play against, whether in an official clan match or in public game lobbies. If members start acting like the rest of Xbox Live, throwing out nothing but negative insults and excuses then no one new is going to want to join the clan. Clan members should be setting an example to other players on how things could be for them if they were in a good clan, not arguing with them.
• Double Rostering - No clan member is allowed to join another clan roster on a gaming ladder/league where The Clan has already been registered. We're here to promote teamwork and unity, not setup individual groups within the clan.
• Rage Quitting – Rage Quitting, or any form of quitting a game early when playing with other clan mates, is not allowed. Now we realize that this is just a game and sometimes something happens in real life that forces you to quit a game mid round and that's perfectly fine. But when it's obvious you're quitting games on clan mates just because you're losing or having a bad game then it's a problem. We are a team. We win, lose, or draw together. Quitting before the game ends instead of taking your lose like a "man" is something we do not practice here. Any member caught rage quitting is subject for removal from clan rosters pending a clan officer's discussion.
• Party Policy - All clan members have the right to clan parties over any non-clan members. If non-clan members are playing with the clan party and the party is full, then when other clan members get online the non-clan members will be asked to leave the party to make room for the clan members. It should be made clear to all non-clan members playing in the clan party that clan members can take their spot at any time on request. If the clan party is full with clan members and other clan members come online, then the spots in the clan party will be given away on a "first come first serve" basis.
• Website Staff - No clan member can be a part of the website staff until that member has obtained the rank of clan officer or higher
• No Drama - This is a no drama environment, no one wants any conflict in the clan and if you do then you’re not a fit for The Clan.
Activity
• Online - You are required to be on the forum at least 1 day out of any given week. If you are offline for 1 week, you will be contacted regarding the inactivity and if still not online by week 2 you will be in a suspended status meaning you will need to re-qualify for The Clan. If you are offline 3 weeks you will no longer be in suspended status and will be kicked and will need to re-qualify for The Clan. This will count as 1 of your “Clan Hops” meaning you will not be allowed to re-qualify should you be inactive for 3 weeks again.
• Contribution - You are expected to contribute to the clan. What you get out of The Clan is a direct result of what you put into it. We expect you to be active in the forums, contribute to discussions, and game with your clan. If you do not contribute and are not participating we will follow up on an individual basis to ensure that you are still interested in being a part of The Clan.
• Tournaments - Participation in clan tournaments is strongly encouraged. Members are expected to display good sportsmanship at all times.
• Clan Hopping - You are allowed 1 time to “Clan Hop” from The Clan to another and request to re-join. A second time will permanently disqualify you from re-joining.
• Rank Reset - If a clan member leaves active clan status for whatever reason then that clan member's rank will be set back to rank one if they return to active clan member status. Exceptions to this rule can be voted on by clan officers if a good reason is provided.
Clan Decisions
• Clan Member Removal - All clan member removal decisions will be made by Jinseru. Any clan officer can decide whether a clan member's membership should be in question and discuss it with Jinseru in private. If Jinseru agrees that the best option would be the removal of a clan member, then they will be removed.
• Rule Changes - Clan rule changes will be made by the clan officers and leaders.
